Alisha joined GT Stewart as an Admin Assistant at the start of 2023, and quickly developed an interest in the S82 Housing team, assisting fee earners with their day-to-day work to help individuals secure accommodation that is safe and suitable for their health needs.
She progressed to a Paralegal within the Housing, Personal Injury and Action Against the Police departments before beginning her new position as a Trainee Solicitor in November 2025.
In her current role, she assists solicitors with a wide range of Housing, Actions Against the Police and other detaining bodies, and Personal Injury matters. Training across multiple departments has enabled her to gain practical experience in a broad range of cases, working closely with clients and offering support with a positive and approachable manner.
Alisha believes that strong client care is fundamental. She adopts a friendly and relaxed approach to help clients feel at ease during what can be a very challenging time, while ensuring they receive the best possible outcome with the support of her supervising solicitors.
Alisha thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the ever-growing knowledge that comes from working across three different departments. She is passionate about defending people’s rights and supporting those who need a voice, while continuing to develop and progress her legal career.
