At Leeds Magistrates’ Court our client was found not guilty of assaulting his partner by slamming her into a wall. Our client argued throughout the court proceedings that the allegations made by his ex-partner and her witnesses were false. He was represented by Elizabeth Rowley from our Leeds office.
