GT Stewart successfully defended a 17 year old Syrian refugee against a charge of attempting to cause GBH at Bromley Youth Court. The client was alleged to have sprayed acid at another. It was a highly unusual case as such a charge would usually be tried at the Crown Court. Fortunately a submission of no case to answer was successful and the client retained his good character.
