GT Stewart Solicitors (incorporating FMW) represented a client who faced a charge of ‘Witness Intimidation’ in connection with a more serious charge. Written representations were prepared by the defence and sent to the prosecution after the witness failed to make an identification. An expert was also instructed by the defence and their report supported the defence case.
The prosecution formally offered no evidence on the day of trial due to the excellent work carried out by the defence team. Our client was ecstatic and said ‘Thank you, I appreciate all your hard work and support and I would definitely use you again if need be if not I will definitely recommend your services’.
Myrna Ricketts’ was the litigator and Lauren Bates-Brownsword of QEB the advocate at the crown court…great work Myrna & Lauren !
