GTS represented our client, GG, at Croydon Crown Court for offences of possession with intent to supply class A and class B drugs and possession of criminal property. Following a search of the client’s home address, scales, cocaine, cannabis, cash and a ‘dealers’ list were found. Our client had a previous conviction for possession with intent to supply class A drugs which was adduced in evidence at trial. He was also on licence at the time of this offence.
