We represented a client who had been charged with offences of theft and handling stolen goods. It was the Crown’s case that our client and others had stolen a high value vehicle from the complainant’s driveway.

After a four day trial our client was found unanimously Not Guilty by a Winchester Crown Court jury, for a number domestic violence-related charges that he faced.
