About the Role:
We are looking for a professional and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist and First Response Administrator. In this dual role, you will be the welcoming face of the office, while also providing vital administrative support to the Family Team and contributing to the wider admin team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic law firm, combining client-facing responsibilities with varied administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of House Duties:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and organised.
- Direct visitors and incoming enquiries to the appropriate team or individual.
- First Response Support:
- Handle initial enquiries from potential family law clients by triaging cases to determine suitability and next steps.
- Accurately log enquiry details and forward them to the Family Team for review.
- Administrative Support:
- Assist with a range of general admin tasks, including scanning, and data entry.
- Provide occasional support for the wider firm’s phone system during quieter reception periods, handling overflow calls and general enquiries.
- Collaborate with the wider admin team to ensure smooth coverage of reception and shared tasks.

- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is essential.
