GT Stewart represented M, a young man with mental health issues (including PTHD), charged with assaulting his sister and father on Christmas Day. If convicted, it is likely that he would have received a custodial sentence. He was represented by Patricia Walker from our Leeds office at the Magistrates’ Court.
