Story: GT Stewart secured the acquittal of our client on 29 July 2022.
CN stood trial at Maidstone Crown Court in relation to an allegation of attempted murder. It was alleged he and his brother shot at the complainant with semi-automatic handguns, causing a near-fatal injury to his arm.
CN denied the allegation. It was his case it was the complainant that shot at him and his brother.
Following a trial lasting five weeks, the jury found CN not guilty of attempted murder.
