GTS today secured the acquittal for a client charged with wounding with intent.
The client was alleged to have assaulted the complainant by slashing her to the face with a knife. The allegation was strongly denied, with the client stating he was maliciously targeted by the complainant and her family.
Following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court lasting four days, the client was acquitted by the jury.
