GT Stewart are a Legal 500 and Chambers UK recommended firm currently recruiting one or more Costs Draftspersons/Costs Lawyers to join our central billing team but located in our Birmingham office with flexible working available.
This is a full time position with the successful candidate(s), depending on their skill set, responsible for drawing up all types of legal aid claims and/or costs budgets and bills, and the negotiation relating to these, in inter partes personal injury cases.
The successful candidate will be proficient in using CCMS, Microsoft Office suite and Costsmaster software; be well organised; have good interpersonal skills, be an excellent communicator and able to work well as part of a team.
Salary will reflect the experience of the candidate.
