GTS represented a young client for assaulting an emergency worker last July.
Our client pleaded guilty to the offence on the day of trial. The CPS were persuaded to offer no evidence for the allegation of obstructing the police.
Following mitigation by his solicitor Claire Dissington, of our City he was given an absolute discharge for the offence.
