Yesterday morning Greg Stewart contributed to a discussion on ‘upskirting’ on the BBC’s Victoria Derbyshire show.
The discussion focused on campaigners calling for a specific law to criminalise the act.
Following his appearance he commented ‘Whilst taking photographs is not generally a criminal offence it is likely to become one if campaigners succeed in tidying up this messy area of the law. So beware if you have taken what might be viewed as an indecent photograph without the subject’s consent’.
Anyone arrested for this type of allegation should immediately seek urgent legal advice and GT Stewart have a 24 hour service for those who have been arrested and are in police detention.
To view Greg’s appearance in full you can catch up on this episode of the Victorisa Derbyshire show visiting the BBC iPlayer.
