MH represented by senior solicitor, Neville Gray and in-house counsel, Ronnie Manek for the offences supplying of over 5 kilos of high purity cocaine and money laundering offences in excess of £37,000. MH was also communicating through an Encrypted phone using ‘Encrochat’ in his role within the conspiracy. He pleaded guilty to 3 substantive counts on the indictment and was acquitted of conspiracy counts by the order of the court. MH had previous convictions for very similar offences which was deemed a serious aggravating factor. He received a total sentence of 60 months imprisonment after lengthy and compelling mitigation, of which he will serve 30 months.
