On 27th August GT Stewart secured a unanimous acquittal at Inner London Crown Court for a client charged with attempted murder.
DE, 18, was alleged to have stabbed another male outside his home address before fleeing the scene. He was arrested at his own home address shortly after and remained in prison awaiting trial.
Following a trial lasting 9 days, the jury unanimously acquitted DE and he was released immediately.
