The defendant JP charged with two counts of possession Class A with intent to supply, one count of possession of Class B with intent to supply , one count of possession of a prohibited firearm and one count of possession of a firearm when prohibited. If convicted JP would have received a sentence between 7 to 9 years after trial. The defendant was remanded into custody. Our in house-advocate Elena Papamichael made a successful application to dismiss all counts on the indictment and the defendant was released from custody.
