Our client, who was aged just 18, was charged with murder along with 5 other young boys. It was alleged by the prosecution that he was involved in a fight on Battersea Park Road where a man died. After a trial lasting over 4 weeks the jury found our client not guilty. Two co-defendants were found guilty to murder, one of manslaughter and another was also acquitted.
