Online payments can be made through our client portal Mozaique. Details of how you access this and make a payment can be found in your letter of engagement. If you have any questions about the service or need assistance with making a payment please contact us.
Payments can only be accepted in GBP Sterling. The payment cards accepted are shown below.
Refund Policy
Our letter of engagement and terms and conditions of business set out the agreement between us. In the unlikely event you’re dissatisfied with our service you can make a complaint and details of how to do this can be found in our complaints procedure.
