GT Stewart is a Legal 500 and Chambers UK recommended firm currently recruiting an office junior to join our West Yorkshire Office based in Leeds City Centre.
This is a fulltime position with the post-holder being responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the office, to include the following:
• Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages from clients ensuring full details of any caller are taken.
• General administrative duties including sending faxes, photocopying, filing, scanning etc.
• Collection and delivery of post/DX, attend post office as requested.
• Opening files on the case management system.
• To assist and support colleagues in the efficient administration of cases and the general office, completing ad hoc tasks as and when required.
