Eleanor’s cases include challenges to the level and type of social care support for vulnerable clients (including disabled adults, children in need, care leavers, age disputed unaccompanied asylum-seeking minors and families with no recourse to public funds).

Eleanor’s casework also covers representing individuals in the Court of Protection in disputes regarding mental capacity, ‘best interests’ and challenges to DOLS standard authorisations.

Professional History:

Eleanor trained at City law firm Pinsent Masons LLP, qualifying in 2015. Eleanor remained as an NQ solicitor at Pinsents until April 2016 specialising in contentious Administrative Court work with a planning / energy and infrastructure focus.
