Melanie Krudy, who has niche expertise in challenging Football Banning Orders, today challenged the legality of a Football Banning Order imposed on her client by Birmingham Magistrates’ Court. Melanie travels far and wide representing clients who have had such Orders imposed on them (sometimes unlawfully) and today was successful at Birmingham Crown Court. At the same hearing she also successfully challenged the overall sentence imposed on her client and successfully applied for her client’s travel costs and defence costs.
